For the December 2022 product release webinar we will be discussing the following Neon CRM product updates:
- File Attachments on Forms: With the new file upload feature you can now allow your members, donors and volunteers to attach a .pdf, image, video, and many other content types directly to your account, donation, and membership forms.
- Unlimited File Storage: For users managing constituent files in Neon CRM there is no longer the fear of reaching a file storage limit.
- File Manager Improvements designed for both back-end Neon CRM users and for constituents using the Neon CRM Constituent Portal. You will find the overall user-experience and design more modern and intuitive. Back-end users will find it easier to access, manage, and search for files and constituents will find it incredibly easy to upload and access files via the Constituent Login Portal.
Other improvements being made to Neon CRM in December:
- Allow users to add Double the Donation embed to new donation forms
- Ability to add donor covered fees to recurring scheduled donations
- Adding custom address types and address type reporting
