Unknown Speaker 0:03 Good afternoon or late morning, depending on where I am talking to you from. This is Tim Sarrantonio, head of partnerships and business development at neon one, excited for an overview of our ecosystems integrations today, this can be a lot of fun, help open your eyes in terms of the ways that you can leverage the different things that we've curated for you today, a few housekeeping items, before we start diving into today's content. Unknown Speaker 0:38 This is being recorded. So if you're checking this out later or need to come back to it, it's going to go right on the resources section of the neon one website. We are going to be taking questions so maybe we can test that out if you want to pop into the queue and a on where you're from. Unknown Speaker 0:58 And what's the weather like in your neck of the woods right now? Because I'm in upstate New York and it's raining, Unknown Speaker 1:06 which is kind of a bummer. Unknown Speaker 1:08 And Alison, I see that Jessie can't hear. So hopefully we can help her out. But there we go. Arizona, it's 102 degrees. Cool and sunny Rochester unseasonably hot, mid 90s. Unknown Speaker 1:26 Yeah, weather's weird. weather. It's just all over the place. So good, that shows that the q&a is working. So I'll be paying attention to that. What is weather, Adam says, Minnesota, yeah, it sounds really, really kind of muggy in Minnesota today. So what we're going to be doing is, is giving an overview of kind of Unknown Speaker 1:48 when you get down to it, why neon one is built the way it is. Unknown Speaker 1:53 And when we talk about integrations, this isn't actually going to be heavily about other companies, we're going to talk also a fair amount of the things that we've built internally for you to help streamline your operation. So lead times, I think it's helpful to think about your own operations. And I like to think of integrations in two different ways. There's the technology side, which of course we're going to talk about. But then there's the process integration. Think about if you're using our CRM or our peer to peer tools are things like that, what are the processes that you've built into your operations to optimize this for your organization, they could be guides, they could be rules that you set up on how you work with, with donor data. So that's another element of integrations that you should think about, too, is how do these tools fold into your overall growth, goals of growth and sustainability. So we're going to talk about the three different types of integrations. There's the the ones that are built within the CRM, there's the ones that are built kind of across neon one elements. And then we're going to talk a little bit about the third party integrations that you might also be able to leverage. And there's more to come, we actually, I'm going to be debuting a few integrations that are coming for both the neon CRM and neon fundraise platform later this year. So pretty exciting times when it comes to that. So what we're going to be diving into is a little bit of a history of the company itself, you may be just using our CRM and or maybe you're just using one on one part of our product suite. And the reality is that there's a much bigger curated world and a reason why we built what we did. So we're going to talk about how we approach building products, it's going to give you really good insight to also where we're going. And my job is to also find third party partners. Basically, there's there's two questions that any company has to answer, are they going to build it? Or are they going to partner. And so a lot of times, if we're going to do something really well in house, then there's not a need to partner. So that's why we're going to actually focus in pretty heavily on the things that are really built into the core platform. So you don't have to go to a third party, unless it's absolutely something that's going to, you know, be really helpful. So we're not going to get into the specifics of product training, I'm going to touch on a very high level, how you might set up an integration or think about integrations. But we're not going to get into the like the details of this right. Like I'm not going to go over to cause vid and like show you how to connect that. So that's that's one thing. The other one is, is I think a lot about the different ways that things can kind of be kicked off. You know, we'll touch on this a little bit in terms of some really cool elements of a third party integration working with internal neon tools. I might use that as an example. But overall, we're not going to get into a deep dive on that. Unknown Speaker 4:59 So first Unknown Speaker 5:00 Just a little bit about us as a company, you might know us by our CRM or our peer to peer tool, but there's a much bigger world. And the reason that we built what we're building and what we're going to be doing in the future. And a lot of it is because of the challenges that organizations like yours typically face, the average organization and think about your own work. Unknown Speaker 5:24 And this is part of why we're going to be diving into it today, because you might not realize there's some things built into our platforms that you could be leveraging, because the average organization has to rely on three to five different data sources or databases, to pick typically even just manage their development operations. And so we wanted to help address that by bringing in as much as possible and then curating this. So we're an open ecosystem. And what that means is that a company can use our API or application programming interface to build into our products. And it can be any different company. That's why we have if you go to our website, and I'll show you this, there's a lot of different integrations that have been built into our platforms respectively. But the issue is that if it's too broad, it gets overwhelming. So what we've tried to do is curate the experience for you. And we'll get into what that actually means. And then obviously want to hear from you in terms of what you're wondering about as well. So I'm going to give you a little bit of insight of the work that we're doing on the partner side, as well. But a little bit about our company, if you don't know. So first, our mission is to help social good organizations raise more money, and build sustainable long term growth. And a reason that this is needed is again, going back to the fact that there's just so much stuff that you have to figure out how to use and we want to centralize that as much as possible. So we were founded by bringing together a company, two companies called neon CRM by z two systems and rally back. This goes back to 2018. So I've been with our CRM division, that's where I got my start. But the idea of neon one was to always build a bigger view and a bigger world, a more integrated world. And so a few months after that, we had our Giving Day platform join us in April 2019, we had an arts and ticketing platform join us. And the reason is, is that all these work in concert for creating sustainable revenue. And a lot of times, if you go to another company, you're gonna have to tack on all these different things. Whereas with neon one, a lot of it can be put in one ecosystem. So we did a rebrand. And then what we've started really shifting into and you're starting to see this, you're starting. So if you go to neon one comm check out the customer portal, right, that took a long time to build. But we did that so we can help streamline things. So we're gonna get into the practical things of what this means for you when using our products. But there's a lot of investments that have been happening over the past few years that if you look at other companies, and even have used other company software, they don't have it as unified as where we're going. And it's only going to get better and more integrated. Now, a big reason we started building it. This is according to the most recent leadership study from nonprofit Pro, the typical challenges and pain points of executives are acquiring new donors. And it costs a fair amount of money to acquire $1 cost $1.25 to acquire a person. And so that then leads into the lack of resources in terms of the growth of sustainability. People don't know who your organization may be, it's getting more crowded, there's 1.4 million nonprofits out there. How do you stand out? And how do you retain donors, the newest Fundraising Effectiveness Project, of which neon one is a partner a data partner on it shows that retention has yet again dropped about 43%. That means that over half of an organization's donor base is not going to come back year after year. First time donor retention is about 18%. So that hurts, that hurts your bottom line. And a lot of people are getting frustrated when it comes to trying to truly understand digital fundraising. You know, the the data was very clear that more and more organizations are starting to at least see significant revenue online, it might not be the majority of your revenue. But to properly leverage these tools is something that a lot of people had to kind of learn on the fly. And it should just be easy. So we wanted to start building things to do this. So first, what is the strategy of why we're building things because there's three layers of integration that I'm going to talk about today. And then the on win ecosystem. There's the CRM, integration of a lot of things that typically you have to outsource online donations, Unknown Speaker 9:53 email, event registrations, these are things that that we're the only nonprofit CRM to Unknown Speaker 10:00 Build in all these different revenue generation tools into one platform without having to configure it from scratch. You know, there's other, there's other ecosystems out there where you can build this eventually. But it takes a lot of effort, without you could turn it on, and it's ready to go. Unknown Speaker 10:17 And so that's one layer, a very important layer. And that's what the 1000s of nonprofits just like you were using our CRM, get to leverage that every day. Then there's the other layer, that's the kind of the neon one layer. So having different products integrate with each other. So I'm going to talk about how, for instance, neon CRM in neon fundraise can talk to each other. Or if you use neon pay, that's a new product that we built for you. And then you can actually do the refunds right within the platform without having to outsource that, that saves a lot of time. Single Sign On. So if you use multiple tools, and as we continue to roll out new products, you don't have to have a different login, that takes a lot of work to do that there's a lot of security, that gets tested around that type of thing to to ensure that you know, the data secure, the person who's logging in is supposed to log in, and they have these things that they're allowed to see. So what we want to do is, is understand what we do well make it easy to have these things work in concert with each other. And this is always an iterative process, we pay attention to the feedback that you give us, we're going to, we're going to touch on something that's going to come out and CRM that people have been asking for for years, we overhauled our email because it wasn't great. It should be good in house. And now those improvements have started drastically helping organizations build easier emails right within the tools. And that's because most companies are on the left hand side here in terms of how they build their their technology. They might buy a company and then then that kind of sits there, right? With neon, we've always said let's move toward a full integration. Unknown Speaker 12:07 swapped the speaker view with the slide view. Unknown Speaker 12:13 What I can do? Unknown Speaker 12:17 screen here, I'll turn off my Unknown Speaker 12:22 dad. Unknown Speaker 12:24 Hopefully that helps Joe. Unknown Speaker 12:27 But I haven't as as fully shared as possible. And these awesome, okay, yeah, getting my get my ugly mug out of there helps. So that's cool. Thank you, Joe. Good call out. Okay, so so the idea is that all these things are going to be able to integrate. And there's a lot of stuff that you might not realize that already does this. So we're going to touch on a few of these. Unknown Speaker 12:50 So for instance, Unknown Speaker 12:53 there's a shared stack of technology that we've started investing in when it comes to the security of the hosting environment, neon pay, being unified across all these different tools, single sign on, which then also gets you into the Support Portal. Unknown Speaker 13:09 A lot of these investments, you might not think of them as integrations. But that's why we're having today's session is because the idea of this is building that bigger world an easier world for you to use a dedicated ecosystem. And if we do things well internally, then what we don't have to rely on that a lot of other companies do have to rely on is third party integrations, what we want to do when it comes to a third party integration is have some awesome ones for you to use. And we're going to get into the direction that is happening there. But there's some really cool things on the horizon. When it comes to communications internally, you know, we get asked a lot about Unknown Speaker 13:51 text to give, these are things that we're going to start rolling out a new events tool, be on the lookout for that. So dedicated ticketing, we do this very well, because we know arts people, so being able to have something that can really, really move with you and be designed for the nonprofit space is great. And then when it comes to third parties, we can focus in on absolute best of breed. So we're gonna get into a few of these examples of how these are ready actually connect. And the most interesting one is also the Giving Day One, in my opinion, I think there's revolutionary possibilities there. And that's because what we want to do is is is not outsource, we want to build a lot of this in house with you in the Unknown Speaker 14:33 driver's seat. We want to listen to you we want to hear from you. We talk with you. We have client advisory boards that that we want to hear about your needs and what we can do to address that. And then our unified team discusses this and then and only then, if it's something that we just, you know, if there's a better partner out there, then we look externally. So this is a thing that we launched years ago. Unknown Speaker 15:00 around our CRM product was a certification program. So if you go to our website, and you see a integration there, it has been personally tested by myself and our quality assurance team. And we require that you have to have contact information ready for our team, if there's an issue. If there needs to be clear product documentation, a lot of times it's like, oh, yeah, we integrate, and then you have no clue, you have no clue how it actually works. So we said, let's think about this from the experience of an individual nonprofit, not design this around a tech version, but it's for you as the average user. So if you go to neon, one calm and the partner directory, and I'll show you where that is, every single one of those has been vetted. Unknown Speaker 15:50 And that's also extends out into our other integrations that I'll talk about for the neon fundraise product. So they have a few key things there externally that we just, you know, we need to we need to work with a partner there. So we do the same process. And that's the that's done for you. A lot of other companies can't say that they've individually tested it. And we also test these integrations, if they, for instance, start to provide financial information into your CRM, we look at how it goes in, when it needs to get reconciled against something like QuickBooks, we actually look at the end to end process for you. So you can say with confidence when you implement that, that this is going to be something that, you know, is is designed to help. Unknown Speaker 16:33 So how to integrations help clients. So again, a lot of the internal integrations are primarily us deciding, okay, we need to just have this in our CRM, as an example. So some high level data is that we've helped 1000s of organizations just like you, and I'm going to point to a few examples. But Kieran, for instance, has been able to, they actually avoided furloughs. And that was because a lot of the stuff is built in from a communications and a revenue management standpoint, that again, you typically have to outsource with other ecosystems. Unknown Speaker 17:08 So what's interesting is when we start to have things beyond the CRM also start to interact with each other. So again, going back to that visual, we want to focus the majority of our efforts on these items in here, then we have our client success that's here to support you. Industry insights, give us information and research in order to best build our own products. So we're part of the Fundraising Effectiveness Project, for instance, we're part of the National Council of Nonprofits we work with Giving Tuesday, all of these investments done by our company, ensure that we focus on your needs, and then and only then, if a partner is there, then we can we can fall back on them. Now, we're talking about technology integrations. But we do take that curated process, and also do that for our consultant network to again, we don't do it just so somebody can slap, you know, a logo on our website, this has to help you. Unknown Speaker 18:05 Otherwise, it doesn't matter. Unknown Speaker 18:08 So here's a few examples, I'm going to take three different examples of organizations leveraging the integrations approach, and you don't have to even sit down and go, Oh, I totally am doing integrations. It's like, what is my processes? And how can I save time by leveraging the tools that beyond one has curated for me. So Lawrence Humane Society is a good example of just leveraging the basic items of combining marketing and combining financial management. By focusing on unified communications within just the CRM, it was able to save them hours of work. And this is why we did major upgrades on our email tools, because people rely on them. And if they were frustrating to us, then they're not going to adopt them. And then they're going to feel like they have to go to constant contact. And for us, we would actually prefer to have the core elements of an all in one system really rockin and then give people the option. So we do integrate, for instance, with constant contact and MailChimp. But we we always want to approach it for these core items of only as an option, we should cover the basics well. And I'm going to cover one item that is getting a big upgrade later this year. That's been a big request of people too. And that's because we listened and we know. Another good example is this is a CRM user in New Orleans. And what is one of the cooler things that we've started doing just this past spring. And this is one of the reasons I wanted to have this webinar was if there is a community Giving Day, and they are using the neon Giving Day platform. If you're a CRM user in that community, you can get that data automatically loaded into your CRM. We have dozens upon dozens of days including things like North Texas Giving Day so if you're in the Dallas area, for instance, there you go. Unknown Speaker 20:00 Long Beach gives Washington gives give Nola all of these things. We said, okay, a lot of times every single other platform makes you download an Excel spreadsheet. And then you've got to upload that to your CRM, what happens if we just do that work for you. So that's what we've built. And there's some really interesting things that are coming round year round engagement, peer to peer events, we're going to see further extensions and expansions because of the idea of what a given day could then kick into major gifts year round. So So we think that this is a really, really exciting opportunity for organizations using our CRM. Unknown Speaker 20:40 Allman foundation is one of the best examples of somebody deeply investing into the ecosystem. So Omen foundation uses us for CRM uses us for enterprise caliber peer to peer with our neon fundraised product, and was one of the first folks that we launched our windfall integration on. So technically, what can happen is a donation can come in from a peer to peer campaign, map it to a dedicated fund, campaign allocation. And then Unknown Speaker 21:11 the windfall data scan can happen against that new donor to see okay, maybe they gave 50 bucks, but it turns out that they're giving capacity is so much more. And this is the idea of integrations working in concert with each other. So we did a lot of investment, and and kind of the vision is choosing best of breed. And that's why we chose windfall for our deep wealth and prospect screening integration. We talked with every single company in the space. And we made a dedicated decision to partner with the one that that we just put them through a really big process and said, okay, who we're gonna build the best thing possible. So this is how we're approaching third party integrations. And we'll get into that I see a question. We're just part of the Missouri and Tennessee giving days in May we thought we had to import. Can I get info? Unknown Speaker 21:56 Cool. And Adam, contact client success at neon one.com. And they should be able to put you in touch with kind of the process, but you can get some historical imports there. And then they also might talk to you what you've done previously about that. But yes, you know, we this is a newer process, but it's one that that is going to get also more automated too. But they'll help you out Adam. Unknown Speaker 22:22 Actually, General Barnes a good one in terms of thinking about thinking about different power of integrations to in the ecosystem, they do some pretty cool stuff in general. Alright, so let's talk about integrations in action. Unknown Speaker 22:34 What I want to do is show you just a few key things. So remember, layer one of integrations is the fact that neon CRM has a lot of things that are typically outsourced in other tools. So events management, for instance, a lot of times that you're you're you're not going to be able to to run different types of ticketed events unless you leverage something like Eventbrite, did we build an event bright integration? Sure, because a lot of people like that. But especially in the future, events, a lot, a lot of exciting things that are going to happen there. That again, you don't have to leave the neon one ecosystem for that. emails. Another another big one, Unknown Speaker 23:12 another big one there. Unknown Speaker 23:15 And so we invested in these tools, so you didn't have to go to a third party, a lot of people are actually taking a look and saying maybe I don't need that third party item anymore. Because neon made it better. This is a new thing. I just want to point out. This is the itemized donation summary. This just came out last weekend. Unknown Speaker 23:41 And so all this different stuff now Jean, I am gonna answer your question. But Unknown Speaker 23:47 long and short. Yes, we'll get to the third party integrations very shortly, I am going to kind of do do a deeper dive on windfall itself. Unknown Speaker 23:54 So again, a lot of times, you know, one of the other reasons that we had this, this webinar is that some people don't even realize that you can do online donations with us. They think that you have to use something else or a PayPal button. And the reality is, is that we built neon pay. So you can actually manage all these types of things internally. So recurring donation schedules, these could be set up right within here, you don't have to outsource this type of thing. It could be running right through neon pay. So again, that's the ecosystem working in concert with you working in concert. So that's that's phase one, getting a little and this is a good example of like neon pay and neon CRM working in concert with each other. So if you don't know Unknown Speaker 24:41 you can manage your login. Unknown Speaker 24:44 Okay, I got kicked out. So this is what happens when we mean by single sign on. Unknown Speaker 24:52 Okay. Unknown Speaker 24:54 All right. Unknown Speaker 24:58 See, I have so many different tasks. Unknown Speaker 25:00 Folks, Unknown Speaker 25:03 all right. So what's cool about this is that if you do have multiple neon one applications, that all it is, is you can get to it right from here. So if you didn't know how to manage your login, this type of stuff, this is kind of that portal. Unknown Speaker 25:18 This is portal. Unknown Speaker 25:20 Okay, we're looking into Canada, are the fees for neon pay competitive? Unknown Speaker 25:26 Yes, they're actually that they're pretty much the the same depending on your volume, you might get a rate discount, but the average organizations paying like the standard 2.9% 30 cents, Unknown Speaker 25:37 gets, it's the bit everybody charges basically the same. What's cool about neon pay is it also has acth built into it, and we're working on Apple and Google pay. So you don't have to outsource this type of stuff. And then only all you can manage all of it right from here. Unknown Speaker 25:53 Same with the Support Center, you can get right into it with the single sign on. Unknown Speaker 25:59 So that's, that's a lot of the base integrations covering you the fact that you know, all I had to do is maybe click this, and we are good to go, I can log in using the single sign on Unknown Speaker 26:11 submit a support ticket, once I'm logged in, right from there, you don't have to go externally. Unknown Speaker 26:17 So then we get into other integrations between different neon products. Awesome, Gil, Unknown Speaker 26:24 love to hear that love to hear that. So then there's other types of integration. So so the probably the most prominent one is the neon fundraise integration with neon CRM, so you can kind of go in here and and plug in what's called an API key and organizational ID and then you can do some mapping rules. That's what happens a lot of times with integrations is that we don't want to make assumptions for you on maybe what campaign it should be. So you can assign a campaign to a campaign, things like that. Unknown Speaker 27:02 So how I'll get into that one, in just a moment, we'll go back to the CRM. A lot of times, Unknown Speaker 27:11 people, people are also wondering, you know, what is an API key? How do I get that? So this is a lot of times, if you're going to connect different platforms together, especially if they're not in the neon one family outright. And a single sign on isn't connecting it, then what you have to do is create what is called an API key. Unknown Speaker 27:35 So what you do is you need two typical things, you need your organization, ID, Unknown Speaker 27:43 which as you can see, this is agloe. For this one, but you can also find that information by going to organization profile. Unknown Speaker 27:52 And then the other thing is the API key itself, and you can tie that to an email. Unknown Speaker 27:59 And all it is is you turn this on. That's it. And then you can copy this. And then this is what we use to connect to other third parties typically, now we're shifting more toward Unknown Speaker 28:12 even looking into single sign on where you just have that that same portal experience, that is something that we did with windfall as an example where there's a connector between the two systems that doesn't rely on you needing to generate this but but more often than not, this is what you're going to be using. So if you're trying to figure out, hey, where do I find my API key, it's this simple. It's this simple. Unknown Speaker 28:36 So that's, that's a solid, solid way, an overview of that, on the neon fundraise product, the integrations are going to be a little bit more focused on the experiences people have. So again, going back to neon one's vision is lean into what the product does very well. And so we don't need to build a lot of data integrations, around something like neon fundraise, because that's not what people are using it for. Unknown Speaker 29:04 And so awesome questions coming in. So what people use this platform for is awesome peer to peer. So that's why we added this simplicity of adding a live stream right from here. Those are my children, by the way. Unknown Speaker 29:19 So you can also enable chat. One of the other things that's nice is that we built out a Connect, we're working on deeper Facebook integration. So Facebook fundraisers coming later this year for the neon fundraise platform. And then we also rolled out a Strava integration. So again, leaning into the strength of the platform for something like neon fundraise. It's building virtual and hybrid events, and then being able to have this automatically sync into somebody's Fitbit, for instance. Very, very cool stuff. Unknown Speaker 29:53 So that's where we focus our efforts there. But then we want this data to live in a CRM. So we have some very Unknown Speaker 30:00 Solid CRM integrations. Okay, now let's get into a list of of kind of the overall ways and things that we can think about integrations themselves. Okay, so this is how you can find integrations for all the company. So you can go to partners go to the directory portion on the website, and then every single thing has its own listing here. Unknown Speaker 30:27 So for instance, if we go and click on true givers, Unknown Speaker 30:33 which is a pretty cool integrations is one of the first ones, somebody asked the difference between when false and true givers. So true givers does an automatic national Change of Address, scrub on your database. So you connect it and then it scans your database. And if somebody has moved in 11% of Americans move each year, it'll automatically update the data in your neon CRM. And so you can see different product affiliations. And a lot of times people connect this and then they forget about it. Like they just have it run constantly. And so you'll see if you go to a listing the different product affiliations of what product this integrates with, most of them, our CRM, most of them are CRM. But there's a bunch of different ones here, you'll see that so for instance, double donation actually works with multiple tools Unknown Speaker 31:24 in our ecosystem. And then notice that there's the different guides in terms of setup. So they all have this, this is honestly this is my job is to make sure that all of this stuff has it so so you can see all the different things listed there under the partner directory, under the partner directory. So where we're going to be shifting, Unknown Speaker 31:47 our energy is overall leaning into what we do well, and then partnering when it's something that we need to kind of, you know, not we don't do it, we're not going to be doing it anytime soon. I'm going to give a bunch of examples of what's coming up. But our best example of that recently is our windfall integration. So this is something that, you know, if you've been using something like donor search, or wealth engine, or iwave, they're perfectly fine. We still work with all those products. But what we said was, let's find the absolute best partner for this. Unknown Speaker 32:21 So hello, Adam. Unknown Speaker 32:24 Adam, neon, one partner, double a donation. So, um, what's really cool is when it comes to, Unknown Speaker 32:34 I mean, find it Where did we move it? Unknown Speaker 32:38 Oh, maybe I don't have it on this. Yeah. Okay. I don't have it in this guy. Okay, let's login. Unknown Speaker 32:49 Okay. Unknown Speaker 32:53 So Unknown Speaker 32:55 this is this is the pain of having so many logins, folks, you don't have to have this problem. I'm very unique in having this problem. Okay, so windfall, we built it right within. So this is, again, getting into where we're going to have best of breed engagement, we've done a very good job of curating things around our ecosystem. Now, the next phase is to shift into the best of the best. And so the winflo integration is awesome. It pulls all this data in, it scans the database, bi weekly, their data set is updated all the time. And then this, all this data not only lives on this profile here, but then it's integrated in different areas. So reporting has this workflow automation, which we're going to do a workflows webinar, in a few weeks, y'all are gonna love it. We're gonna talk about some really cool tactical elements of using automation. This is one of those other items that we built this tool, right within the database. And then where things get sophisticated is understanding how the different pieces all fit together to maybe trigger something like Unknown Speaker 34:02 donors, Unknown Speaker 34:05 working, you know, the past $100 donors in the past 30 days, right, this is all built into the system. And you can have up to 15 different triggers here, but windfalls part of this. So again, it's it's combining elements to scale your operations much quicker than if you had to outsource this and have somebody build a lot of this stuff from scratch for you. Again, it's that curated open ecosystem approach that we are unparalleled in terms of how we we manage this in the industry. Unknown Speaker 34:37 So this is a good example of something that's built in the database. Unknown Speaker 34:41 Then what's nice about something like true givers or or double the donation or things like that is that it's automatically triggering different types of processes. So where are we going? Let's get back to the presentation here. Unknown Speaker 34:58 Because when these are implemented Unknown Speaker 35:00 money goes up, time gets saved. That's why we do this. If it doesn't do that, then we don't care about it. It's that simple. So where are we going from an ecosystem standpoint in the coming months. So, internally, the big investment for CRM is forms. Unknown Speaker 35:20 You'll see this later this year. Unknown Speaker 35:22 The forms are not great, right? Now, we know that they are going to be awesome. Unknown Speaker 35:28 So we started with email, email got a massive upgrade forms is next. But then we're going to continue to analyze what will be the most impactful thing to help you scale your operations, build or partner. Unknown Speaker 35:44 So then we're also going is this idea of an integration community, these types of data sources working in concert with each other tactically and strategically? So the three groupings are things like revenue communities, these are integrations, external integrations that then are going to help you raise more money. So the giving block does cryptocurrency integration. We're the first vendor to offer that in the industry. And it's curated. overflow stock integrations, you're going to see that formally announced next month, giving Doc's plan giving. So a lot of stuff to help you raise money more efficiently. A lot of times for stocks, for instance, we have a lot of people who were managing stock donations, but they're doing it all manually, what happens if it was a four click process for the donor, and then that money flows into your CRM automatically make it easy. Unknown Speaker 36:42 So a lot of times, with the third party integration, we're not charging at all for the integration itself, but you just get a license with that platform. So that's typically how the pricing works. All of them have their own different pricing, by the way, but we try to curate that we try to make it easy to explain. Data communities are things that help optimize or understand your data better windfall is a pending that critical prospect and wealth data. Unknown Speaker 37:08 QuickBooks automates we have actually one of the only Unknown Speaker 37:13 Intuit approved integrations for both desktop and QuickBooks Online. We've been working on this and investing in this for years. And again, all these other revenue community integrations were then saying, Okay, how does that impact somebody's trying to sync their data into QuickBooks, and we've done a lot of work to also curate partners around that too, like QuickBooks Made Easy. We mentioned true givers kit, really interesting tool, fundraising, visualization, board ready reports. Unknown Speaker 37:44 And there's some other interesting ones that are coming to on the communication space. So fondy, you're actually we're going to be hosting our user conference in October, on the fondy platform. And this is for doing hybrid events. So you, you register people through neon CRM, and then you have this really cool experience where it basically instead of shoving everybody in a different zoom URL, you can have a completely hybrid event happening right from there, people are using it for fundraising people are doing it for for also more informational. So that's a really cool one, too. On the neon fundraise side, Facebook, fundraising is the big investment there. Unknown Speaker 38:27 So again, looking into what we do well, and then where we need to partner and Facebook, basically, you know, there's only Facebook. And that's it. So you have to integrate and work with them. And we've been working very, very tightly with that team. Unknown Speaker 38:41 So these are some cool integrations, but a lot of where we go and where I go is listening to you. Unknown Speaker 38:47 So that's also important in terms of today. So that's actually the the presentation itself. So let me go ahead and stop that. I'll go back to me, my face. Okay, let's see what what questions we have. What's the timeline for the upcoming ones? Pretty much, pretty much everything that I showed you there is this year, within the next six months Unknown Speaker 39:16 into and that includes the neon forms to Unknown Speaker 39:20 Facebook fundraising as well. So pretty much we you know, we're going to we're going to be investing more and more public timelines. In all honesty, I think that's an important point to make to you folks. Because then you can plan better. So yeah, we're gonna see more of that but everything I talked about is this year. Unknown Speaker 39:39 Okay. Unknown Speaker 39:42 Any other questions? Unknown Speaker 39:45 Is there a course of material on how neon can integrate with QuickBooks Online? So there is part of neon one Academy, another investment that uses Unknown Speaker 39:56 you know, single sign on, by the way, so neon one Academy Unknown Speaker 40:00 He does have a financials course that touches on the QuickBooks. And then our partners at QuickBooks Made Easy also have a source and some courses that they've done. So check out QuickBooks Made Easy. Unknown Speaker 40:14 And and, you know, that should help. But neon one Academy does touch on that, Sarah. And then there's some really good guides and videos that we've invested there. What if you're not using an email system that's not integrated? So this is so Unknown Speaker 40:29 technically, you could also build your own integrations now emails, heart, emails, emails, one that that is a little bit bit Unknown Speaker 40:37 harder, hard to say, Oh, well obviously go build your own. So there's a few things one we didn't really touch on the fact that we're in Zapier. Unknown Speaker 40:46 Zapier is cool because it's Yes. And we will be. We're working on our Zapier updates. Now Adam, by the way, because Zapier is a pretty great tool because if you're in the Zapier ecosystem, you work with everything in Zapier and they have like 1000 different apps. So that's sometimes where people focus on like, hey, I want this email system like I want whenever neon account has an email on it, use Zapier to push it over to Campaign Monitor or something like that. But we've needed to do some some shifts into our v2 of the API. And if you are a little bit more tech savvy, by the way, check out developer dot neon CRM comm and that is the CRM Unknown Speaker 41:26 developer center that has all our API information we're consistently investing into our API were one of the oldest platforms that is exposed their system through an API, this is why we were able to build and scale our partner program so quickly because our API is awesome. And so the big reason for the Zapier thing is because we shifted into a new version. So yes, we will be doing that. Unknown Speaker 41:48 I think that's this year, Adam, but don't that's the one I can't outright be quoted on. But I think it's happening. Unknown Speaker 41:55 Any other questions? Unknown Speaker 42:00 data living in neon? Unknown Speaker 42:04 dope, Adam. Unknown Speaker 42:07 Other integrations that have data living in neon, I would say true givers is probably one of the best investments that people make when it comes to data appends updating in the system. Unknown Speaker 42:19 There is some advocacy data through some manual operations that we have with one click politics, and you join, um, I'm reviewing an expansion on the one click politics integration right now. Unknown Speaker 42:33 So it's not the one that I know about isn't as deep. But that's, that's an interesting one when it comes to appending data. Unknown Speaker 42:43 And then obviously, you know, we've been in discussions and thinking about corporate giving, Adam, as you know, so which of these are add ons for available for neon light subscribers? Well, a lot of these like any of the third party integrations, Gina, you can, you can just kind of set up on your own. If you get a license like true givers, you can like literally just plug in your credit card information and connect and you're good to go. Right, neon light, fine. You know, API stuff, pretty, pretty standard, there. Unknown Speaker 43:12 But a lot of times what I also would say is focus in on, especially as a neon light customer focus on getting comfortable with what we have within the CRM itself. Unknown Speaker 43:23 So you know, becoming comfortable and utilizing effectively the the email tools and the online giving and then seeing where there's maybe a lack in your process. operations were potentially an integration might help. Unknown Speaker 43:40 That's a very roundabout way of focusing on the basics. And then that's when the integrations really kick in. Unknown Speaker 43:48 Are there any plans for adding integration for QuickBooks desktop? Unknown Speaker 43:53 We do work with it. Unknown Speaker 43:56 There's it's it. We work with 2018. and above, I believe, Sara. So we do work with desktop Unknown Speaker 44:04 right now. But Intuit is pushing people hard to focus on QuickBooks Online. I will say they, they are not investing a lot into their desktop, on an integration side, but we work with it. We do work with it. And QuickBooks Made Easy can help people with that process too. Okay, what did I might have missed? Unknown Speaker 44:31 Cool. Folks, you can drop me a line on LinkedIn. You can look drop me a line at Tim at neon, one comm if you want to ask me a question or get an idea of what's coming, you know beyond this, but I'm always happy to hear what might help what's the best way to learn about what we currently have. I know the org is frustrated because things seem a bit clunky, but I think an investment needs to be made and understanding. Yes, absolutely. So Courtney, this is a great place to start in terms of like talk Unknown Speaker 45:00 Client success at neon one.com. And they can understand and help you walk through where you are in your current process. And also leverage the customer portal. There's a lot of great information on the new customer portal. I love that thing so much you just go neon one comm Customer Portal, it curates a lot of the internal stuff already for you. Unknown Speaker 45:22 You know, I'm confused. I feel like I don't know where something is. That's why we made that. And it's these little things, it's little things that that you don't always have to over engineer tech, to make things work for your organization, a lot of times it's a process change. And so with us, Courtney, client success can help put you in the right direction. But neon one Academy is a great starting investment. And then maybe investing a tiny bit of time into professional services is also another good one, too. And we're putting our friend Allison, Unknown Speaker 45:51 also linked directly to the customer portal there for you. Unknown Speaker 45:55 And that's a good indicator of of where we're going. where we're going. And we have we our new CEO, you might have seen the new email there. And it's just focusing on on making things just awesome. We're very excited. I'm very excited. Unknown Speaker 46:15 Cool. Unknown Speaker 46:17 All right. Well, I'll let you I'll let you add a little early. I actually did a webinar. That was not an hour. Amazing. Okay, folks, again, if you want to know what's going on, I'm always here at your service. Unknown Speaker 46:31 And Unknown Speaker 46:33 that Unknown Speaker 46:35 just current comments there. Good question. Gil. I don't know about the comments in terms of the forum. I'm not sure if it was migrated. But it is something that I know that we're starting to invest a lot more heavily into the community platform features that our support system has, is it's a big deal. We want to hear from you. So thank all of you. Thank all of you. Unknown Speaker 46:57 We, you know, I wake up every single day trying to figure out how to make your life easier. And so if we do that a little bit, Unknown Speaker 47:06 and further and further and further, then I'm going to be happy, man. So Unknown Speaker 47:11 cool. All right. Thanks, folks. Thanks for joining me today. This was a lot of fun. I don't get to talk about this stuff that much, but be honest. So um, yeah, I'm happy that we were able to share some time about our ecosystem today. talk to y'all soon. Transcribed by https://otter.ai
