0:00 Awesome. Well, I think we're about four after now. Thanks, everybody, we have a Fort Collins person. Hi, Nicholas. So I think we can actually go ahead and get started here. 0:13 So thank you, everyone who has joined, we're really excited about this webinar, this update to neon CRM, which is going to be focused on the neon serum constituent login portal. And we're going to walk through how and kind of thoughts behind what went into the redesign for the neon serum constituent login portal. So we'll go ahead and actually just kind of introduce ourselves. I am Sam Nylund. 0:43 I am the Product Marketing Manager here at NEON one. And 0:49 in my my spare time, i i And for those of you that missed I live in Colorado, I moved out here about four and a half years ago from Chicago. And so I really enjoy hiking adventuring. 1:04 And I've been with them for about six years form before coming over to the marketing side of things actually worked in sales. So I may have have worked with many of you, but really excited to be showcasing and kind of walking you through the updates that we've made. And I'll go ahead and hand it over to Tyler. Thanks, Sam. Hi, everyone. Happy Wednesday. My name is Tyler and I want the professional services consultants here at NEON. I've been with the company for about six months now. You guys have probably worked with me before, as I do see some familiar names. I'm super excited about the new constituent login portal. And I'm sure you guys are gonna love it as well. Sam is actually going to go ahead and get started with some general housekeeping as well as today's agenda. 1:55 Awesome. Yeah, so you'll see us here. But you also also see us on screen here. So just a few things to note, I know a few of you have asked in the chat is the webinar recorded. Yes, this will be fully recorded. Along with disseminating the slides from the presentation, we will be sending it to those of you who are in attendance today in a follow up email. And then you can always find any of our webinars and resources on the neon one.com website under resources. And if you click on webinars, we have a full gamut and list of all of our recorded webinars there. As mentioned, our chat is now functioning and working. So we will be taking questions. We have a few of our experts in the room today. So I believe we have I think Casey's here I think Laura is here Toby is here. A few other folks will be able to join in and answer any questions from our side of things today. And then as always, if you do have any direct follow up questions, you can always direct those to our client success team, client account services team as well. And after this, we will also be providing a few additional resources that pertain directly to the constituent login portal. So we have updated a variety of our support guides. So we'll be sending those resources over to you. And then we will also be following up with some future events. So one big event that we have coming up is our generosity Exchange, which is our virtual conference, which is actually taking place in October. So I'll follow up sending out invites for that as well. It is it is free, we do have a set of a few premium tickets as well, that have, you know, some some better, some more bells and whistles if you do purchase some of those premium tickets. So 3:54 yeah, in terms of an agenda, 3:58 we are going to briefly discuss what the constituent login portal is why your organization should potentially use it if you're not already using it, why your organization should switch to the new, redesigned constituent login portal. And then we'll be talking through the instructions. So Tyler, I'm going to hand it over to Tyler at that time. She's going to discuss what your organization needs to know and the steps that you'll need to take in order to switch to the new constituent login portal. And then we'll dive into the product training itself. So first Tylo will walk us through the administrative back end. So you as a user of the system and then I'll take us through the front end in terms of what the constituent can experience. 4:51 So yes, what is the constituent login portal? Why should your organization use it? So just a quick I don't actually have a bowl 5:00 But I currently am interested just in terms of folks that we have and organizations that we have in the room currently. 5:09 Whether or not you're actively using the constituent login portal at your organization. 5:16 Great. So I'm just seeing a few from post folks. Yes, yes, very active, no not using so I'm can gauge or try to gauge that. Maybe we're split kind of half and half. So I think what I'll do first is talk about what the constituent login portal adds. So the constituent login portal, we will also talk and say CLP. It's just a shortened abbreviation for constituent login portal. 5:44 Allows constituents to access their own neon serum account information and transaction history, their own. 5:53 This could be a constituent who is a donor, a member, a volunteer, I mean, even event registrants a sponsor, program participant within your organization, who has an active account inside of your neon CRM system. 6:10 They do not have access to all of the backend information that you have as a system admin, this is a self service constituent portal. So they only have access to their own account data, meaning their own contact information, their own transaction information, they do not have access to any other constituent information. 6:35 And the login access is available to all constituents, once you enable it. This is constituents again, will will have access to 6:47 restricted content, if you perhaps would like to build out restricted pages that are things like board pages, members only pages, 6:57 and have access to transaction history. So things like historical donations, membership, things of that nature. 7:06 So we'll dive right into why your organization should use it. So I've just bulleted some points out here. 7:14 Really, first and foremost, the constituent login portal allows for connectivity. And it really is there to maintain trust and transparency with your constituents. And especially in this kind of digital age. I mean, many folks are very, you know, technologically savvy, so they're doing things from their mobile device. There they have a variety of in tons of different logins and passwords. So you can really continue to grow your relationship with your constituents, and also show transparency from your organization by giving them access to again their past giving history, membership volunteer event history. You can also personalize the experience for your constituents by welcoming welcoming them to the constituent login portal when they log in. We'll walk through that later. But it's also the capability to being able to add a custom welcome message, as well as providing them links with upcoming events, perhaps additional resources from the organization they may be interested in. Even sharing, you know, photos that you had from a recent event and inviting them to join the next event. 8:28 We're also the constituent login Portal also allows for kind of deepening and building rapport within that relationship and also gaining insight from your your constituents. 8:40 So asking them if they would like to sign up for a certain newsletter or email list, perhaps asking them information or questions when they actually sign up for the constituent login portal. Things like how would you like to be communicated with best time of day to reach you preferred method of communication. And we also have come to realize that the constituent login Portal also improves member and donor retention. It's self service and it automatically makes constituents feel more connected with your organization. It also can help increase recurring giving and membership upgrades. So the constituent login portal actually gives recurring donors the flexibility to change the date on which the recurring donation is charged, and also the ability to adjust their giving amount as well as the frequency. And then members can also come in to take a look at their membership status. They can also come in to manage the auto renewal process as well. 9:45 And then easy event registration. So once once a user has has a log into their constituent login portal, I can easily take a look at upcoming events. It's going to auto fill in my name 10:00 With my contact information, so I can easily register and manage any of those Event registrations. And constituents can also log in to easily update their payment methods. So this is, you know, hey, I just recently got a new credit card in the mail, because my old one is expiring soon, I'm gonna go ahead and log in and update that information. And we also support popular payment methods like Google Pay and Apple Pay within the portal as well. 10:28 And then moving on to perhaps why your organization should switch to the new portal. Just a few things to note here. 10:37 It is fully revamped. So we'll we'll walk through that experience tileable from the backend in terms of setting that up, and then I'll walk through the front end in terms of what the constituent will experience. 10:50 But the new constituent portal really provides better customization options for the login experience, it makes it easier for constituents to actually come in, update their contact info, update their payment information, they can update their email preferences easily reset their password. The new interface also has a very new modern design, it's it's very streamlined, I understand exactly kind of my connection with the organization right away. And that may be through transactions like my membership level, how much I've given the organization or given to your organization within the past year, I can come in and have full control over you know, what I would like to do within the portal itself. 11:41 And then I can also easily come in to download a receipt of any of my historical transactions, whether that's a membership, whether that's just individual kind of one time gifts, or perhaps recurring donation payments that I would like to download and have for my safekeeping. 12:01 And then three, easy self service again, for updating your membership, 12:07 for setting it up for auto renewal, for coming in and manage managing my recurring donations. It's also easy for a donor to come in and make a one time gift. So rather than having a donor, go to your website every single time or have to click inside of an email to make a donation. This portal really allows them to easily within a few clicks, make a single gift to your organization. 12:35 And then enhance portal dashboard with Quick Links and constituents statistics. 12:41 So another big feature of the constituent portal is that you are able to provide access to restricted content within the constituent login portal, such as member only web pages, perhaps different downloads, perhaps videos that your organization wants to disseminate to certain groups or types of people, events store discounts, we can also set up invitation only, or membership only events, special ticket prices for certain certain types of people or members. We can set up limited access member directories restricted access to perhaps like a special board members page. And then also even access to our volunteer portal where volunteers can kind of sign in submit their their timesheets, you know, sign up for any of those volunteer projects as well. 13:36 And so at this time, I've done a lot, I've done a lot of talking. So I'm gonna go ahead and hand it over to Tyler. And she will actually brief you on how your organization can go about making that switch to the new constituent login portal. Awesome. Thank you, Sam. Okay, guys, let's talk about what you'll need to do to go ahead and switch to the new portal. So the first step that you want to take, you'll want to navigate to your gear icon there in the top right corner of your CRM. And then you'll go ahead and go to your organizational profile there, you're actually just going to update or double check that your EIN or if you're a Canadian customer, that your CRA number is correct. Once that is correct, you'll go ahead and navigate to your global settings again, and then under forms and pages, there'll be themes, you'll want to make sure that you have one of the new CRM themes set as the default in your system. This will allow you to then do the third step, which is turning on your actual updated portal interface. Okay, so there'll be a drop down button and I'll show you guys once we actually have into the back end where you can find these settings as well. So let's actually pop into the system. 14:55 I'm going to navigate to global settings here and on top right corner 15:05 In our constituent login portal settings are going to be in the left and the bottom left hand corner of the page. 15:15 So we'll go ahead, and we'll just kind of follow this left panel here from top to bottom. So first we have our constituent portal dashboard. 15:25 These are, these have been here for a while now, but you have your photo approval setting. This just allows you to kind of approve any photos that are uploaded by any members, your portal dashboard message as well, this has been here for a while. But this is essentially that message that is going to display on your login page. 15:45 So some new things here to point out. So your interface settings, this is where you'll actually switch on your, your new portal. So again, you'll want to go ahead and set a theme as a default, and then you'll be able to go ahead and turn this on. If you require any additional assistance assistance and get in the setup, there's actually a quick link to our support guide here as well. 16:12 Okay, and then we have our profile configuration, this allows you to turn on or off certain data inside the constituents dashboard. 16:22 So you can display or not display their account ID, membership history, memberships, since the difference between the two are, if they just say for instance, if they were a member since 2016, this will just kind of display a line that says member since 2016. So you can display or not display that, as well as donation history, volunteer history and events. 16:48 Okay, let's move on to our portal pages, there were a few changes made here as well. 16:56 The first change to point out is you can now actually preview your pages with just a click of a button here. So if we select Preview there, it'll kind of bring up a preview. And this is kind of a marked page as well. 17:09 And then you'll go back to your settings just hitting that arrow. 17:14 Something else that is new here, you can also edit these pages. Oh, I'm sorry, let me let me double back. Sorry. So the one other thing to point out is that you can also copy your page link from here as well. So once you click this button, it will automatically copy to your clipboard, and then you can paste that wherever you need that link. 17:36 And then in regards to our donation and membership pages, there were a few changes that were made as well. 17:44 So there is now an added option to customize these pages. Let's pop into the donation page. 17:51 So one of the changes that were made is that you can actually now set a specific form for your individual form as well as your company form. So you can set the default for each of those forms. And then you can also edit your display options for displaying your recurrent donation. 18:11 The donate now button. And then you can also include or not include soft credits and total impacts statistics and those donation histories as well. This will automatically be turned off, and you can turn that on if you'd like. 18:28 And now let's pop into the membership page. So we'll go ahead and hit edit. 18:33 And here you also have the options to default a page for your individual form as well as your company form. 18:42 And then you also have the option to show or hide your Manage auto renew button. 18:53 So now we are actually going to navigate to the constituent login page. 19:00 This is a totally brand new page here you can actually customize show or hide the message at the top and or the bottom of the page. So if you wanted to turn on the message for the top, as well as the bottom, you'll turn those on. And then you can customize your message here. 19:17 And you'll see those there. 19:23 You can also change the link of the password reset 19:28 here. So you have your default option was just raised having trouble logging in, or you can completely customize that text as well. 19:38 Scrolling down you also have the option to default a form that will take your constituents to the login page. So if you have multiple account forms in your CRM, you can kind of choose which one you want to be the default there. 19:54 You also have the option to edit your Reset Password message 20:01 This is the message that your constituents are going going to receive in that email. So if you wanted a custom message there, you can, you can also customize that. 20:13 Next, let's go ahead and navigate to third party login. 20:24 So this page, this is, this just kind of gives you a preview of what that, um, that login prompt will look like. And by default, these are going to be turned off, you can turn those on if you'd like if you're using Twitter or Facebook as a third party to logging. 20:45 And then lastly, your transaction field display. This allows you to control the data that is available to your constituents. 20:54 The creative and updated I'll point this out. So where it says created or updated by a user, these will automatically be turned off in your system. 21:06 And then you can turn any of these on as well. 21:11 That's pretty much pay for your back in settings. And I will go ahead and let Sam demonstrate the actual user experience. 21:20 Yeah, I think before we jump over to that, I think it would be beneficial if we just took a quick look, Tyler, just in some of the checks. I think we had a few questions come in just to make sure we're kind of addressing some of the backend questions. 21:40 Okay, let's pick up the question. I know we had quite a quite a few flood in. So 21:49 if you could, if you could actually just walk through. Because I think folks, there were a few folks in the room who were asking if if the neon serum constituent portal came with all systems? And the answer to that is yes. 22:02 So if we want to just walk through just like, hey, where can I enable that? And how can I turn that on? Um, 22:11 that would be helpful. 22:14 We want to turn on the X the new portal, yep. Okay. 22:21 So we're actually going to navigate to global settings, I'll show you guys that 22:26 top right corner, you'll scroll down to your constituent login portal. And then you'll click on constituent portal dashboard. 22:35 And it's actually going to be your interface setting here about in the middle of the page. This allows you to change that interface for the dashboard. So you'll automatically be defaulted to that legacy dashboard. And then you'll need to complete those two steps, which is ensuring that your EIN is updated and correct. And then you'll also want to apply a default theme, and then this will be available for you to turn on. 23:01 And then there's a quick 23:03 Oh, perfect. Yeah, that's I think that was another question too, just in terms of of steps. But yeah, there's an easy access support guide right there. And I think there was also a question, I can't remember who it was from, but there was a question about, Hey, can I set all of this up, even in terms of like the portal dashboard message and the branding and themes before it goes live? And the answer to that is yes, that's that's something that you'll likely want to do is come into to personalize the the portal dashboard message, and even the portal pages, as well. 23:41 Yep, sounds good. And then I can also show you guys where those themes live. So let's go ahead, this will be the second step in ensuring that your information is correct. So first, you'll want to pop into your organizational profile. And then you can go ahead and edit your tax ID there. 24:00 Once you've done that step, you'll go back to Global Settings. Under forms and pages, we have things 24:11 so you'll want to ensure that one of these things are actually set to default. 24:18 And then you'll be able to turn on that human face 24:26 just kind of checking the questions here. 24:40 Looks like someone to be concerned a bow having to use forms and themes. And they have worked badly in the past. 24:50 Um, can we expound on that a little bit? I think that's Francesco. What issues were you having? 24:57 Yeah, I think that's yeah, if we wanted to, I mean, 25:00 We do have a little bit of time here. I mean, I think for most folks, the big change is like transitioning to the new themes, which is the big benefit of having themes inside of neon, is that it with the new forms and pages and the new themes, all of our pages are now mobile responsive. So I think that's a big plus for our upgrade to themes. 25:28 And I, in a in we do have, we can, I can kind of jot down a note here and in some of the resources actually provide perhaps like a support guide that talks through the building of the themes. Because it is I mean, adding in your own design your own branding for your organization. But we do have the capability on top of those themes to actually add direct links to different parts of your website. So the nice thing about that is that you're moving the user, whether that's a donor or a member, or perhaps somebody that's registering for, you know, a recurring donation or something like that, to then guide them to other parts of your website that might be of interest to them. So maybe you have, you know, different kind of section headers at the top that are more specific for your members to guide them towards versus someone who's a donor. Or perhaps even somebody who's registering as a volunteer with your organization, you can actually have have different customized links at the top. 26:32 Thanks. 26:37 Let's see. Yeah. 26:44 Yeah, and I think 26:47 so, we have a question, are you needing to select a new theme before transitioning to the new portal? 27:00 And that would be correct. 27:06 Yeah, and I think we can kind of show what that looks like, just in terms of, of the back end here. 27:16 Or sorry, transitioning to the the front end of what that experience will look like for a constituent with the new themes in place. 27:27 Okay, awesome. 27:31 See, I will go ahead and 27:36 share my screen here. 27:39 So is everybody able to see my mouse moving around? Yes. Okay, awesome. 27:47 My 27:49 zoom box out of the way. So I'm just going to log in as my fake avatar person, Sarah summer Ville. So we can also you can navigate on your pages, you know, on your your navigation on your organization's website, to have a direct link for you could call it a member portal, you can call it a donor portal, you can call it a constituent portal. Really kind of whatever naming feature or criteria you'd like to come up with. 28:19 This will pop up and you have full customization in terms of obviously what the background image will look like, you can enter in your branding up here in the top left hand corner. And then as mentioned before, you also has that have the capability to have direct links for the user as well. But most likely, I'm gonna go ahead and login to the portal. 28:42 And so we'll kind of walk through the new interface here. 28:47 As you can see, it's it's personalized, so automatically making a connection with with that constituent. Good afternoon, Sara. Right away from my dashboard. Here, I can see quite a bit of information about myself, or about Sarah, I'm going to pretend I'm Sarah in this scenario. And so as I log in, one big change is that we weren't able to really kind of see all of our contact information, our most recent and past transaction information all within one kind of dashboard and page. So right away, I can come in and easily take a look at you know my contact information, I can see that my individual friend of Agloe membership is currently active. I can take a look at my you know, all time donation history year to date up until this point, I can see that I am a recurring donor, I can easily see that I'm giving you know $5 My next scheduled gift or 29:54 money is being taken out on the 21st year so next week. I can also take a 30:00 Look at how many hours I've contributed to the organization. 30:04 One thing that I can also do from this page that is super simple is maybe I recently moved. So I can actually come in and easily edit my profile information. Maybe I want to update my photo. But again, I can easily come in here, access, that information will push submit just because 30:27 I can return your profile, I can also easily click back to my dashboard here. 30:33 For users, if I want to come in and easily change my password, as mentioned, this is easy access to be able to do that. 30:42 And then all of these portal pages are going to be listed over here to our left. So I like these are titled portal pages, but these are more so just sections that are are designated specifically for things like donations memberships, I can come in and manage my email subscriptions. So hopefully, your organization does not have this many types of segmented emails, email lists that you can sign up for. But perhaps you have you know, a newsletter that's 31:16 being sent out about upcoming events that your organization is hosting. Or perhaps you're an environmental organization, and you have varying, you know, volunteer opportunities across the the summer months that you want to distribute to folks. So this is a way that a user can come in and sign up for things that are important to them, and that they take interest in. 31:40 And then we'll just kind of walk through some of these here. So from that top when I click back to my dashboard. 31:49 Another thing and I'll just kind of backtrack a minute that we'll able that your organization will be able to build out is kind of this this welcome screen. So I mentioned this a little bit in terms of kind of deepening that relationship and further engaging with your constituents. This area, as you can see, we can insert photos, you could even insert like a short video, if you wanted in this area. This is a great way just to keep constituents up to date with perhaps upcoming events, you can list some of those events, this is a great way to say hey, you know, we just had this awesome event last weekend, here's a few photos just scroll through. 32:33 So in my opinion, this is a great way just to keep up to date with constituents and let them know about things that are are on the horizon with your organization, in past events, and the types of impact that perhaps certain fundraising campaigns have have driven or something like that. So it's a place that they can always come back to right when they log in, they can have access and just see kind of what's what's going on, and what's happening most recently with your organization. 33:02 And then from here, I can enter into the transaction portion. So I do have, you know, my donations here recurring donation, I do have my membership area up at the top, but then I also have the portal pages that are listed over here. So we'll just click into perhaps the donations area. 33:21 So from here, I again, have access to my all time giving history with my with the Agloe Nature Center year to date, I can take a look at my pledge balance here and see a total impact. So how much I've actually given over the course of time since the very first time I became a donor. 33:43 In terms of becoming a recurring donor, we can see I donate every week $5. So for me, I can actually come in and manage this. So maybe I just got a raise. And maybe I want to actually go ahead and contribute $10 to the organization now. And rather than weekly, no, I'm going to keep it on weekly. But I can come in here and actually change the frequency. So maybe it makes more sense for me, hey, rather than $5 a week, which equates to what 20 bucks a month, I'm gonna actually go ahead and donate $50 Every month, 34:21 it's fine. If my you know, I'm paid, let's say on the 15th. Great, we can take it out on the 21st. So we have our payment method that's listed here as well. I can also easily come in and maybe I want to pay with another payment method, I can easily save that and enter that here. So we'll go ahead and save that. 34:40 Great, I'm gonna go ahead and return back to my donations. So it's super simple. It's self service, I can come in and manage my schedule. And in terms of any individual gifts over time, I think there were a few questions that were about receding and hey, can my constituents come in and actually print off 35:00 have receipts? And the answer is yes. So one nice thing to take a look in terms of past donations is that I can also filter in organize through these. So maybe I need a certain receipt for tax purposes, I can actually come in to take a look within, you know, the last year, perhaps this month last month, I can also take a look at the different types of donations, whether that is a pledge payment, whether this is just a one time donation that I've made over time. 35:29 So I can come in here, filter those. 35:33 And then if I come in here, I can actually click on the donation amount itself. 35:39 We can take a look here, I see all of my information, I can see the campaign, this was given to the fund that this was given to obviously, if it's an honor memory tribute gift, I can see that here as well. And then we see this little download button so I can easily download that. 35:59 I can open that, and then easily print this. So for those of you who 36:06 are transitioning over from the old constituent portal to now the newly redesigned constituent portal, these receipts also look much nicer. So we again have all of that information living here we can see the payment information, I can easily either save that to my own files on my computer, or, as mentioned, easily print that. 36:30 Another thing, let's say I read, I don't know, I read an impact story from the organization and I, you know, I'm in my portal, I changed my you know, my recurring donation schedule, I'm feeling really philanthropic and I want to get more, I can easily make a donation directly from my portal as well. So let's say hey, yeah, I do want to 36:56 add a one off donation here. Being that it is the constituent portal, and that I am logged in as user, I don't have to go through the tedious work of actually manually coming in and filling out all of my information, it's of course going to be auto filled. For me. 37:12 It's also going to include popular payment methods. So I am on a good Google excuse me Chrome browser, I can easily pay with with my card that's associated with that. 37:25 I am using a fake card. 37:28 So I'm gonna go ahead and type in that information here. 37:37 Type that right billing address is the same, I'm gonna go ahead and donate now. 37:43 We want to have, of course, some security measures in place. So I'll go ahead and verify that. 37:55 And while that is working, great, your donation was accepted successful, I can go ahead and return to my donations. And we can easily see the $50 Plus transaction fee that I took that I paid here. 38:09 Up next we have our membership transactions. So 38:15 under all memberships here, this is going to give me a historical view of all lapsed or previous memberships that have been purchased over time. Again, I can come in to take a look. None this month, I did purchase mine last month. Up here we can see of course our active memberships, I can see that I have purchased my one year membership started on August 11. It ends next year, August 10 2023. And you know, I can't remember if you know back in August, I actually enrolled myself in the auto renewal process. So from the constituent login portal, I can come in and say Oh, I actually didn't, but I want to take that off the back of my brain, I want to go ahead and enter into the auto renewal process. So it will also enter in this payment method. So again, 39:10 I'm not going to walk through this but we have the option for paying by credit card I can pay with my Google Pay or potentially Apple Pay if I'm on my Mac or iPhone, or I do yes have the option of paying with ACH. 39:26 Other things to note here. We can also come in to download 39:32 receipts here as well. And I also have the option to come in to renew my membership perhaps if I did not enter into the auto renewal process. Clicking back to my dashboard here. We can kind of see what that looks like from this view. Again, I can access those areas here. This is an this is a showcase of an individual membership. 39:55 If you are perhaps maybe I purchased a household member 40:00 warship. So maybe I have my husband and my two kids that are sub members, I can also come in from the constituent login portal to be able to manage those sub members here as well. 40:12 I'm just walking through these, again, we we looked took a look at the email subscriptions, I can easily come in to change my password. We've all seen this, this is very similar to any type of like Gmail account, you know, have your current password, create your new password, go through the steps of authentication for for your new password, 40:34 right from within the portal, we can also easily register for events. So from this screen, I am able to come in to maybe my friend said hey, you know sign up for XYZ event great, I can search for that if there are many events that the organization is hosting. 40:53 And then if your organization actually has your events, categorized, great, I can filter based off the category, or I can simply scroll down and register directly for an event. 41:05 Maybe you did register for an event and you want to come in and actually manage those events, we can do so here. So we can see that I actually, earlier today just signed up for this this golf outing. So I can go into details there. 41:21 I can also if if you're you are a volunteer driven organization, 41:27 the constituent login portal is is highly utilized for for volunteers, which is hey, let me understand who you are as a person, what type of volunteer you are. So all of your contact information. Here are some volunteer opportunities that we have that you can actually go ahead and sign up for. And then we can list volunteer projects in this area separately. And I also wanted to point out this board members area. 41:57 So I did mention having the capability to restrict certain pages within the constituent login portal. So for example, in the Agloe nature Center's CRM system, Sara Summerville, is tagged as a board member. So this system says, Okay, you're tagged as a board member, you are granted access to this special board members page. So what we've done here is we've you know, created, we have a little video here that I could play, I also have access to, you know, Board Meeting Minutes pertinent information that perhaps you know, your board members need. This is also highly useful for membership associations and organizations. So if you have different levels of membership who have restricted access to certain resources within your organization, we can build out these restricted pages here. And those again, are also going to be customized in terms of of what you're titling those pages as well. 42:58 Other areas that we see here, you know, the store, we can take a look at orders, membership directory, another big thing is that we can, you can actually have your constituents upload documents directly to the constituent portal for staff approval. So again, this relates very heavily I think, with volunteers, perhaps they need to upload 43:23 just like a some type of Terms of Service or something with your organization or sign of a few documents that you need to keep file of. So they can actually come in upload those documents, you'll be notified as a CRM admin, and those will then be attached directly to their record, we can come in to manage addresses as well. 43:47 So as you saw, like her primary address is listed on her home dashboard. But we can easily come in here, I've entered in my primary address, my home, perhaps this, I have this in here for my seasonal address. And then I can also add in my work address and things of that nature. And then we also have peer to peer fundraising. So this is another capability, of course, but then neon CRM. One thing to know is that all of these portal pages that you build out, 44:19 you have control over what you allow your constituents to be able to see and do. So if you just want them to have a dashboard that showcases their donations, their memberships, you know, obviously email subscriptions, change passwords, but you don't want you know, maybe you don't do peer to peer fundraising, right? We don't have to have access to that. So we can make this as limited as needed. This one is pretty fleshed out just to kind of showcase some of the functionality. And then as mentioned before, talking a bit about themes. We do have the links that your organization 45:00 Jim can customize as well. So again, I encourage folks when thinking about building out your your constituent login portal, you know, while Sarah Somerville is here, you know, managing her recurring donations managing her memberships. What What else would be useful for her to have access to maybe it is a direct link to 45:21 maybe like outside volunteer opportunities, or like, maybe see your organization in the process your organization in the community. So see how your donation is used as a big one. I you know, I just added $50, one time $50 donation because I read an impact story that, you know, sparked something for me to give. So 45:45 I will take a look at the chat here. And what 45:51 that over here. 45:54 I want to open the floor for some questions. I don't know. Tyler, did you have anything to add or anything that I may have missed that we wanted to touch on from the constituent side of things? 46:07 Um, so there actually was a question, they wanted to know, if you were going to show them how to sign up for volunteer projects, you did kind of hit on it a little bit, though, maybe if we could just probably pop back into a volunteer project. 46:23 Yeah, so these are, these are obviously created in the back end of your CRM. So building out your your variety of volunteer 46:34 projects here. So Sarah can log in and take a look to take to see and understand the projects that she has already signed up for. So you can see a variety of them, I can see that I've, you know, Sara's logged 42 hours, 14 hours for, you know, this nature, tour guides, they're still pending. But then I can also come in to take a look at other perhaps projects that have been approved. 47:02 And then I can come into the project list itself. And from this area, if I want to perhaps sign up for the spring 5k I can go ahead and at this moment apply. So then it's going to bring me to the position registration. So it's again, going to autofill my information because I'm logged in. So that's super nice. I can go ahead, maybe I want to add my phone number here. 47:31 And I can go ahead and submit. 47:35 So there we go. Um, 47:39 yeah, so that's super simple as well. 47:43 As you can see, these these pages look similar to some of the the older constituent login portal pages we have added, you know, a little bit more in terms of, of kind of guiding the user to the project list or taking a look at my personal details here. But that's more so what 48:04 the process is super simple and pretty straightforward. 48:09 Awesome, I think that definitely should answer their question. 48:14 Then let's see what we have here in the chat. Yeah. 48:31 Yeah, I think we had a good question about like, the board members page. Are those pages linked to something in neon? Or maybe Google Drive? Yeah, so this typically we say I mean that it can neon does have a a document kind of file storage center. But if you do have a lot of documents or perhaps you have a lot of photos, you can link out to perhaps like a private Dropbox a private Google link that's restricted access. So really, I mean any hyperlink you're essentially placing behind kind of this button or I mean even behind the picture that you input as well 49:26 great 49:33 looks like yeah, it looks like I'm trying to scroll up here but it looks like we've had quite a few questions answered. Thanks to all Laura here till the Casey I'm sure I'm missing more people but 49:52 yes, we I really, I know we're coming up on the hour here. So I do want to thank everybody for joining in today. 50:00 Today's webinar, I hope this was helpful. We're really excited about this new update. It's been a long time coming. And 50:10 I hope to see more folks enabling it and using it with their organizations. And as mentioned before, we will be sending out a variety of resources, support guides, specifically, as it relates to the constituent portal, I'll be sure to add in themes, and how to build those out and structure those. And then we'll also be sending out just upcoming webinars that we have. And then I would also encourage folks to take a look at generosity exchange. It's our virtual two day live conference, we have a ton of different sessions that are focused on neon CRM, the product in general, but then we also have a lot of client interviews in terms of how they utilize their neon CRM system. So you'll definitely learn quite a bit just from from some of those client interviews as well. And then we do have tons of different kind of thought leadership joining us is well, so just what's happening within the nonprofit space. 51:17 So again, I will be be sending out a variety of events for folks to register and stay engaged with us. 51:27 So thanks, everybody, we'll stay here just for another quick second. But Tyler, I will hand it over to you if you want to add anything. 51:36 Yeah, um, there's actually a question here. Um, Sue actually asks if people will see this portal, only if they're provided the link. And yes, that is true. So you'll actually find that link under your forms and pages, and then it's going to be your neon CRM URL, so you will need to share that link with your constituents. 51:56 Yeah, and to piggyback off that most organizations actually, if I click back to the Agloe nature center here, 52:05 you can actually like this is our dummy organization, the Agloe Nature Center, so we're here on the organization's website, most will actually link it within their website navigation bar. So I could click into member login here. And we're calling it a member login, you can call it you know, whatever you'd like. I've seen many organizations oops, also include it 52:33 just within their their navigation bar here as well even just like login, and then it kind of navigates users to to be able to log into that that space as well. And it's just dropping the link directly into your website. 52:48 Awesome. Thanks for showing that Sam. 52:53 Okay, and then Jess also asks, Can we toggle on the new portal but still allow constituents to utilize the legacy portal? Nope. Once you turn on that new portal, that is the interface that all constituents will be faced with. 53:13 To kind of see if we have any other that can be addressed. 53:18 I think there was well portal be available in Spanish or any other languages. I am sorry, just currently, the portal is only available in English. That is something that we are thinking about. But thank you for adding that in there. 53:40 Stacey, it sounds like you would like somebody to contact you from sales. 53:48 Yes, we can. We can definitely get somebody to contact you. And 53:55 another work great. And jot that down. 54:01 Awesome. Well, thanks, everybody. I am going to sign us all off. It looks like we have quite a few questions. And we do have a variety of folks from our consulting team here. So I know we'll be kind of sifting through the questions together. But yes, I mean, if you do have further questions or want to be you know, host maybe a half an hour or hour long one on one session, we always have consulting hours that are available. You can always purchase those to have a more in depth walkthrough. That's that's just kind of one on one. That's that setting folks up. Great. Thank you Kara. Additional training, she kind of put the link in there. So if you're more of hey, I want to walk through this from the very bare bones to launch of my constituent portal. Great. I highly suggest signing up for some neon CRM consulting. 54:55 You'll be paired with one of our awesome superstars. So thank you again, everybody for joining 55:00 waiting and be on the lookout for the follow up email which will include the or access to the webinar, which is recorded, along with the slides and then further resources to come your way. 55:16 Awesome. Thanks, Sam. Thanks. Thank you for everyone. Yeah, thanks, Tyler. All right, by signing off Transcribed by https://otter.ai
