What are the Terms and Conditions?

By using Neon CRM’s Next Generation Peer-to-Peer Module, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Transaction Fees: A transaction fee, as outlined in your service agreement, between 1.25% and 1.5% based on Neon CRM Product Packaging, will be applied to all donations made through our Peer-to-Peer module:

Empower Package: 1.25%
Essentials, Impact, and all other CRM packages: 1.5%

To determine your Neon CRM Product Package, Log into Neon Portal https://app.neonsso.com/login and navigate to “My Organization.” After selecting your organization, scroll down to the “Products” table to see your current products and packages with Neon One. If you have questions, please reach out to [email protected].
The fee is applied whenever a donation is linked to a specific Fundraiser.

Timing and Billing: Fees are charged at the time of each successful transaction.
If a transaction is created and then later edited to be linked to a Fundraiser, the transaction fee will be applied at that time.
For donations made as pledges or recurring gifts, the transaction fee will be applied to each individual donation as it’s processed.
You will be billed for these fees on a monthly basis with transactions offset by 15 days.

Billing Minimums: A minimum billing threshold of $1.00 applies to all annual contracts.  If your total monthly fees are less than $1.00 and there are no other charges on your account, the balance will roll over to the next month. You will be invoiced once the accumulated balance reaches or exceeds $1.00.

Non-Refundable Fees: All transaction fees are non-refundable. This applies even if the original donation is later refunded or canceled.
The only exception is in verified cases of fraud.

Offline Donations: Donations recorded as offline are not subject to a transaction fee.

How is Next-Gen P2P different from Legacy P2P?

Next-Gen P2P introduces a more modern experience, including branded fundraiser pages, a simplified campaign setup, and better insights for both nonprofits and supporters.

Are there additional requirements to enable the Next Generation Peer-to-Peer solution?

Customers must have the new Constituent Login Portal (CLP) in order to use Next Generation Peer-to-Peer. Learn how to switch to the new CLP here.

Will my active P2P campaign data transfer to Next Generation P2P?

Yes, your active P2P campaigns will automatically transfer to the Next Generation P2P module. However, please note that your campaign front-end pages will have new URLs. Upon enablement, you will need to update any URLs publicly listed to your new front-end URLs.
