Here’s how it works:
1. Share The Love
Your unique referral link is now waiting for you inside Neon CRM. Click the dropdown menu next to your name and select “Refer and Earn” to grab your link and share it with your peers.
2. We Do Our Thing
When your friend requests a demo using your link, our team will give them a personalized tour. We’ll handle the technical details and show them how to spend less time on manual admin tasks.
3. Everybody Wins
Once your friend joins Neon One and pays their first invoice, we automatically apply a one-month credit to your subscription and theirs. It’s a simple way to help your peers and your budget at the same time.

It’s simple. You share your unique referral link with your peers. When they use that link to request a demo and become a Neon One customer, you both receive a credit. You can find your link in Neon CRM by clicking the dropdown menu next to your name and selecting “Refer and Earn.”
You’ll receive one month free off your contracted monthly subscription for a successful referral, up to $250. Your friend also receives a month free, up to $250. This excludes one-time service fees and transaction fees.
This program is exclusively for current Neon One customers with an active Neon CRM subscription. Because the reward is a credit applied to your future invoices, you must have an open account to participate.

We apply the credit to your account once your friend signs up and pays their first invoice. This usually occurs within 60 days.
For every new Neon One customer you refer, you’ll receive a credit equal to your monthly Neon CRM subscription, up to $250. There are no limits on how many times you can earn a credit.
An eligible referral is a US or Canada-based nonprofit that isn’t currently in a sales process, such as an active trial or demo.
We cannot grant referral rewards to customers who previously signed up or started a trial or demo.
