You asked, we delivered. You can now create custom transaction reports using NeonPay’s new Charge Report feature.
Reports can be tailored to payout periods, month views — you name it. As long as the payment data is being tracked in your Neon One application, you can now report on it from NeonPay in a digestible, easily shareable format.
What is a Charge Report
NeonPay clients can use the new charge report to create a quick, customizable transaction report that meets the specific needs of your finance team.
Simply choose which output and metadata columns you want to see, and add any necessary filters. When you run your report, you’ll get easy-to-read results complete with summary data for fast scanning.
How Can I Run a Charge Report?
The Charge Report feature is found within the Charges menu. To get started, click the “Run Charge Report” button on the upper right page corner.
Once you’ve started your report, you’ll be prompted to choose which output columns you want in your new report. Apply the correct date range and choose the payment methods you’d like to view.
You can also choose to filter out certain metadata so you only get the information you need.
Once you’ve finalized your report, you’ll get a summary and list view of your report results, with information on applied filters available as well.
To save the report to your desktop, click the Export button at the top right corner of your screen. These reports are designed to look great in both your NeonPay application, and in spreadsheets, so you won’t have to do any additional formatting.
