How Our Reference Network Works
From time to time, we have organizations that want to connect with a current customer before joining our community. If you are available to offer some insight, we’ll reward you with a free hour of Neon consulting!

For each completed reference connection, you get a free hour of Neon consulting!
Become a Reference
Frequently Asked Questions
By opting-in to our reference network you are agreeing to be connected with Nonprofit Organizations who are exploring Neon options and want to talk to a current customer. If you are able to connect with the organization and provide them with your Neon experience we will reward you with one free hour of Neon consulting.
Most organizations in our reference network are asked for their feedback 3-4 times a year. If you are asked to be a reference, we promise not to contact you again for 30 days. If we ask you to be a reference and you are unable to do so at the time simply let us know.
After you have agreed to be a reference for a prospective client we will connect you via email. We will only share your Name, Title, Organization Name and email within the introductory email.
Typically the conversation is a 15 minute call or email correspondence to get your thoughts on Neon. Once we connect you with the other organization, you can arrange this.
For every completed reference, in which we verify you spoke with the other organization, we will reward you with 1 free hour of Neon consulting services. We would anticipate you could earn around 4 free hours per year if you are available for all requests.
